AlRayhan International Shipping Policy

The estimated delivery time to the United States is 5–7 business days. This timeframe is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date. Delivery may take longer due to customs clearance procedures, regulatory requirements, carrier-related circumstances, weather conditions, or other events beyond AlRayhan's reasonable control.

If an address needs to be changed after the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we may not be able to make the requested amendment. Additional charges may also apply for address corrections, shipment redirection, or re-delivery.

As AlRayhan ships food products internationally, certain products may be subject to specific import and regulatory requirements when entering the United States. We carefully select the products we ship so that their quality reaches your doorstep just as we intended. AlRayhan will provide the shipping and product information required within the scope of our responsibility and may request additional information from the customer when necessary to complete shipping or customs procedures. AlRayhan may suspend, refuse, or cancel the shipment of a particular product if it is determined that the product cannot legally be imported into the United States or is subject to requirements that cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

The customer is responsible for monitoring the shipment and responding promptly to any requests from the shipping carrier, customs authorities, or other relevant authorities where additional information or action is required to complete clearance or delivery. If the carrier's tracking system confirms that the shipment has been delivered to the address provided in the order, the shipment will be considered successfully delivered.

In such cases, the customer may be responsible for any additional costs incurred, including return shipping, re-shipping, redirection, storage, clearance, or other related charges, depending on the circumstances.

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
• Recipient unavailable at the time of delivery.
• Recipient refusing to accept the shipment.
• Failure by the recipient to pay applicable duties, taxes, or other required fees.
• Failure to complete customs clearance requirements.
• Refusal of the shipment by the relevant authorities.

AlRayhan will review the case with the customer and, where applicable, with the shipping carrier. We will work to provide an appropriate solution based on the circumstances of the case and the applicable shipping terms.

Customers may request cancellation of an order before the preparation and shipping process has begun. Once an order has been prepared and/or handed over to the shipping carrier, cancellation may no longer be possible. If the shipment has already been dispatched, any applicable provisions relating to returned, refused, or undelivered shipments will apply.

The version of the Shipping Policy published on the AlRayhan website on the date the customer completes the order will apply to that order.
